Do you have a shop?
At present we are searching for a showroom in London’s west end, we hope to acquire suitable premises by the summer.
Must I buy online?
If you prefer you can order your goods over the phone by calling our office on 01992 625 369 where our fully trained staff will be more than happy to assist you.
Are items returnable?
Items are exchangeable for alternate sizes within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging. Alternately Elmos Wardrobe will offer a credit note. All returns must be sent to our office using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service. Elmos Wardrobe can Not be held responsible for losses due to the postal system. If your goods are faulty we will offer you a full refund. Please note that Delivery charges are not refundable. Seasonal items and toys are not returnable.
Is it safe to shop on the internet?
Yes! Your payment will be made through HSBC using their own super secure server.
How quickly will I receive my goods?
In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail or phone to our office at any time.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept payment in UK pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros. We also accept most major credit and debit cards.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes! We can deliver almost anywhere in the world. Call the office or email to find out more.
I’m not sure which size my dog will need?
Measure your dogs neck, chest and body length. Next simply compare your measurements with the size charts found with the individual product descriptions. If you are unsure simply call our friendly sales team who will be more than happy to help on 01992 625 369.
