Elmo's Wardrobe is the trading name of Passion 4 Paws Ltd. We are proud to have taken over the much loved Elmos Wardrobe brand in August 2011, and will continue to provide the super range of products and services.
Are Items Returnable?
At Elmos Wardrobe we are certain that you will be over the moon with your purchase. We are so sure of this that "We promise to refund 100% of your purchase if you are unhappy in any way". (Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt)
Items are exchangeable for alternate sizes within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively we will issue a credit note.
Please Note - Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging including all labels still attached. All returns must be sent to our office using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service. Elmos Wardrobe can Not be held responsible for losses due to the postal system. If your goods are faulty we will offer you a full refund. Please note that Delivery charges are not refundable. Seasonal items and Toys are not returnable.
Seasonal Items: Please be aware that items purchased from our Christmas or Halloween collections can only be exchanged if you need to swap for alternate sizes and only if returned before the event date i.e. 25th December.
Do you have a shop?
No, being purley an online business means we can pass on the the best prices to you the customer. We are always here to assist through e-mail and on the phone.
Must I buy online?
If
you prefer you can order your goods over the phone by calling our
office on 01438 364226 where our fully trained staff will be more
than happy to assist you.
Is it safe to shop on the internet?
Yes! Your payment will be made through PAYPAL using their own super secure server. You dont have to have a Paypal account.
How quickly will I receive my goods?
In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail or phone to our office at any time.
What currencies do you accept?
You can shop with us safley and securly from anywhere in the world using your credit or debit card.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes! We can deliver almost anywhere in the world. We have customers from Iceland to Africa.
I’m not sure which size my dog will need?
Measure your dogs neck, chest and body length. Next simply compare your measurements with the size charts found with the individual product descriptions. If you are unsure simply call our friendly sales team who will be more than happy to help on 01438 364226.
