Items are exchangeable for alternate sizes within 14 days of receipt. Alternativley we will issue a credit note
Please Note - Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging. All returns must be sent to our office using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service. Elmos Wardrobe can Not be held responsible for losses due to the postal system. If your goods are faulty we will offer you a full refund. Please note that Delivery charges are not refundable. Seasonal items and Toys are not returnable.

Yes! Your payment will be made through HSBC using their own super secure server. You dont have to bank with HSBC to make payment.
How quickly will I receive my goods?
In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days we endeavour to dispatch the same day you purchase. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7 – 14 days. You can chase your Order by e-mail or phone to our office at any time.

Do you deliver abroad?
